MedFOB Wallet Card
It's important to have a way to alert emergency medical personnel that you are wearing a MedFOB and that you have your medical records with you.
They're trained to look for your driver's license so we recommend you keep a MedFOB wallet card behind your license. You may also want a wallet card with your passport, in an MP3 player or camera case or in a purse or backpack.
Your MedFOB will be shipped with a wallet card but you might like to have extra copies. Please download the Wallet Card PDF file and print as many as you need.
